Hifz depends on daily revision and steady progress, so we expect students to attend every class (Monday to Friday for in-person students, or the times agreed with their teacher for online students) and to arrive on time. Registers are taken at the start of each class.

If a student will be absent, please let the madrassah know in advance through the parent portal (Request leave). For an unexpected absence, parents of students under 18 receive an automatic email the same day. Repeated unexplained absence will be discussed with the family and may affect the student's place.
